A book can only be as good as what you get out of it, so for that reason, I'd have to give it a relatively low rating in comparison to D/s oriented books as far as helpfulness is concerned.

I never thought it was entertaining to watch someone go up on stage and act like a chicken or in some other humiliating way. My Master, however, was intrigued by the idea of using hypnotism in our M/s relationship.
