    Sadly the courts still accept the ‘infantilisation’ of women to the extent that an adult woman can still convince judges and juries that she was coerced into acts which she later regretted. So much for female liberation.

    What about consensual non-consent? In a TPE mood, health or stress shouldn’t be a factor. Of course in a TPE you should trust the Top, Master, Dom, etc. is going to take that into account and do what is best for everyone involved but being in a mood or stressed is hardly a reason to withdraw consent, nor would many submissives or slaves want it to be. That just doesn’t seem like a TPE.
