Your post could not have come at a better time–this weekend my Owner died of a heart attack, gone in 24 hours, despite the best medical care possible. After a year of a LDR we were less than a month away from moving in together. I am in shock. I was not there with him as he is on the east coast and I am on the west. Not even able to really start to grieve.

    Dearest Lisa,

I am so sorry you’re going through this difficult time.

Please reach out for support from the local groups in your area so that you don’t suffer in silence.

Wishing you much love and peace,
