I only discovered this blog yesterday (or so) and I’ve been enjoying it so far. As a Mistress, I always like finding out more about what it’s like to be on the submissive side in order to understand their perspective better.

It’s always such a strange thing to have to order an injured/ill slave to rest or stay in bed. It seems like his reflex is to work even harder to please me despite his condition. I have to remind him that in order to best serve me, I need him in good shape as soon as possible, so it’s in both of our best interests if hey relaxes and rests up.

In any case, I wish you a speedy recovery, luna.

Concerning your “Around the Web” section, it might be of interest to some of your readers (the ones who like their domination with a side of humiliation) that I have a “Twelve Humiliations of Christmas” series going on at my blog (thephonesexmistress.com). Basically, it’s 12 days of humiliations assignments. They’re totally free to read, participate in, and enjoy.

By the way, is that a photo of your Christmas tree? It’s lovely. I finally got my tree this weekend, but I have yet to get around to decorating it. Might be a good assignment for a special someone I know.

I know how you feel, I’ve sprained my ankles five times in the last three years (clumsiness plus unfortunate lack of ankle stability) and although I never had to deal with your particular problem, I did have a lot of trouble because I HATE not being able to do things. So, from someone who knows the pain, I hope you recover quickly! :)
