i would LOVE to learn to strip for Master. i grew up dancing, but it was very choreographed and structured. two months ago, He told me that i was to choose a song and dance for Him. i did as He told me, and He did enjoy it, but earlier this week, He told me that He did not see me dance with the confidence that i had when i was young and He saw me dance. i am working hard to make His dance one that shows Him a confident, self-assured slave, giving a gift to Master.

very awesome! i have a bunch of the beginner ones bookmarked and am actually starting with the very very basic “proper posture” one. I was looking for something to help me get my core back in shape from surgery last year and was excited to find belly dancing. It’s different and you can do it at home by yourself without having to look goofy in front of god and everybody at the gym. And Master agrees its sexy as all get out.

Great…..for a couple of weeks now i kept saying that one drawback being out here in the middle of nowhere, is that i can’t join a club to learn belly dance…..thank you for this….

this is an awesome article. i would say any new skills only help to enhance my relationship with MMR. i also took pole dancing classes (for workout purposes….lol) and i must say there is nothing as exciting as working the pole for Her. (pun may or may not have been intended there). Dancing, stripping, anything that entertains and teases Her is just a pleasure for me to learn. Gotta love youtube for teaching almost anything.

i have recently committed to begin American Tribal Fusion bellydancing at a local sister-studio to the famous Fat Chance Bellydance group in California, and i could not be happier about working up a sweat!

DVDs and books and online lessons are great, but nothing beats stomping it out with a room full of other women. I took “goddess dancing” lessons at a Unitarian church in New Jersey several years ago, and it was a total hoot. Highly, highly recommend it to anybody of any age, any ability, and any size!

As a belly dancing slave, myself, I absolutely love it :) (Neena and Veena are awesome, and my instructor actually took lessons with them :) ). Belly dance is a great, low impact workout that is also beautiful and fun to do and has not only improved my health, but my quality of life, as well.

However, I will say that I would advise against making belly dance a sexual dance (or lumping it in with stripping and all that) in performances or in general public. Alot of other belly dancers may be extremely livid if you do. They do not want themselves to be associated with that sort of thing and may become hostile if they are likened to strippers / pole dancers. Belly dance being thought of in those ways (and as sexual in general) is a very touchy subject for alot of people who dance.

Personally, the *only* time I would even consider making belly dance the least bit sexual is if I ever danced for Synthetik in private (though he was turned on by it when I danced once, even when I didn’t make it sexual). However, out of respect for my fellow belly dancers, I would never make the dance sexual in public performances, or just anywhere that is not just Synthetik and I by ourselves.

Just wanted to give you all a heads up :) Don’t want anyone to be attacked by a pack of angry belly dancers, lol (I’m kidding there, but still, I wanted you all to know all that so that you all could be informed about that and not make any sort of faux pas while getting your dance on, lol)
